How does it work?
All what you have to do is take off the number plates from the car and inform us if there are flat tires or if the car is in the underground parking. When we come we will need the ownership registration papers for the car and the keys, and in exchange we will provide an official company receipt as a proof of us taking responsibility on the car, as simple as that.

What else do i need to know?
In most cases our driver will request registration papers and your signature on a transfer paper which he will provide. If the registration papers are not available or you are not the registered owner, in most cases the driver will accept photo id and a note granting permission to remove the junk car or truck. If the vehicle has been abandoned and does not belong to you, you might wish to contact your local police or council to discuss local bylaws pertaining to abandoned vehicles. Many councils do not permit a vehicle to be parked in front of your residence on the street for longer than a set period of time and will ticket and remove the vehicle at your request and at the expense of the vehicle owner.
